Shiraito Falls

I head up to Rinku Town in Osaka, where Mani stayed during her scholarship some 5 years back. We take a ride on the giant Ferris Wheel and experience a thrill like none before

The Kasugayama Primeval Forest hides many interesting flora in its midst. I go for a hike around the forest to Manyou Botanical Garden discovering an array of colors among the dense prehistoric forest of Nara.

Iōzan, also known as the Sulfur Mountain spews volcanic gases, rich in sulfur all year round. Standing amidst these steam bellowing vents and yellow crystallized rocks, it feels like we are on a different planet altogether.
